Cadastral work
Cadastral activity is the implementation by a cadastral engineer in relation to real estate (land plots, buildings, structures, premises, objects of construction in progress) in accordance with the requirements established by the Federal Law "On the State Real Estate Cadastre", which results in the preparation of documents containing the necessary for the implementation of the cadastral accounting information about such real estate (cadastral work).

On the basis of these documents, the authorized body enters into the state real estate cadastre information about real estate that confirms the existence of such real estate with characteristics that allow such real estate to be identified as an individually defined thing (unique characteristics of the property), or confirm the termination of the existence of such real estate .
